Yes, we use pregnancy safe products (paraben, sulfate free) in our treatments. Pregnant women should inform us in advance about any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities they may have. This allows us to tailor the treatment to their specific needs and ensure their safety and comfort.

Can I get a head spa if I am bald?

Yes, our Mini Head Spa treatment was designed to suit people with bald heads, combining gentle scalp washing, soothing multi step face and scalp massages, and waterfall therapy for total sensory refreshment and renewal.

Can I visit with hair extensions / weaves / wefts?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate clients with hair extensions, weaves, or wefts at this time in order to protect the integrity of your extensions.

Yes, a deposit of $100 secures the date and time slot for yourself, as sometimes we have clients asking for the same time slots.

While we will make every effort to accommodate you, please understand that arriving late may impact the duration of your service. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of your experience. Arriving late may limit the time available for your service, especially if there are appointments scheduled after yours. To avoid disruptions to our schedule and to ensure that you receive the full benefits of your treatment, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment if you arrive significantly late.

We understand that things change. Please note that your deposit will be converted into spa credit with no expiry, ready for you to use at any time or to transfer to another person. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations, unless it was a cancellation made on our part.
